Meet Our Staff
Amy Bradley has led the Cambria Regional Chamber as President and CEO since March 2018, significantly growing membership and expanding events and programming with her team.Before joining the Chamber, she served as Director of Marketing Communications and Public Affairs for Conemaugh Health System, where she also produced and anchored an Emmy-nominated health TV program. Earlier, Bradley was the 6:00 and 11:00 p.m. news anchor at WJAC-TV, earning the Tribune-Democrat’s “Simply the Best TV News Personality” award six consecutive years. Bradley holds a bachelor's degree from Penn State and a master's in Health Services Leadership from Saint Vincent college. She teaches public relations at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and serves on boards including Ameriserv Financial and Vision Together 2025.
Debra Orner, a lifelong Johnstowner, has worked for the Chamber since 1998, overseeing external operations, events, and programs—most notably the John B. Gunter Community Leadership Initiative. She is the first non-CEO to chair the Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce Professionals and received its highest honor, the Keystone Award, in 2024. A committed community volunteer, Debra serves as president of the Conemaugh Valley Conservancy and sits on the boards of the Cambria County Planning Commission and Gallery on Gazebo. She’s also involved with local and regional planning, conservation, and recreation efforts. An avid kayaker, hiker, and history enthusiast, she enjoys exploring the region’s natural beauty and cultural heritage. She can occasionally be seen scrubbing stones at the Plot of the Unknown at Grandview Cemetery, pounding rebar for boat access ramps, hacking down knotweed along the Stonycreek and taking water samples from Quemahoning Creek. Debra holds a political science degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and certifications from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management.
Jen Tiffany serves as the Membership Director and Social Media Manager, where she combines relationship-building with strategic marketing to support the region’s business community. With over 17 years of experience at the Chamber, Jennifer leads member engagement, onboarding, and retention efforts while also managing the Chamber’s digital presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email platforms. She creates content that highlights member businesses, promotes community events, and strengthens the Chamber’s voice throughout the region.
Jennifer Fisher serves as the Office Manager at the Cambria Regional Chamber of Commerce, where she has been a dedicated team member for over 11 years. In her role, Jennifer oversees the daily operations of the Chamber office, supports event coordination, and ensures efficient communication across departments and with member businesses. Her attention to detail and organizational expertise play a vital role in the Chamber’s ability to deliver high-quality programs, services, and events that benefit the regional business community. Jennifer’s deep understanding of the Chamber’s mission and operations has made her a go-to resource for colleagues and members alike. Throughout her tenure, she has helped streamline processes, enhance member experiences, and contribute to a positive and professional work environment. Jennifer takes great pride in supporting local businesses and being part of an organization that fosters economic growth and community development in the Cambria region.
